Where do your Workshops take place?
All of our workshops take place on the first floor of our lovely CoolCrafting Shop (40 Market Place, Kendal). We have no lift, so you need to be able to manage the stairs. The stairs are wide, and once you are up, you don’t have to go down them again until the end of your session.

Are there drink facilities?
Yes, we always provide access to teas, coffee, water, and a biscuit or two (or cake) for any workshops. We don’t provide lunch unless it has been specifically stated and added to your ticket cost. You can have lunch in the workshop space, but be mindful of the fabrics and projects. We have no public-use heating facilities on site.
Kendal is full of lovely cafes and sandwich shops.

Can I use your loo?
Yes, absolutely. Our loo (shared by the staff) is on the first floor of CoolCrafting, just off the workshop.

My plans have changed. Are workshops refundable?
Our workshops are all non-refundable. However, we will try to resell your ticket if you tell us in good time. If we do this, we will give you credit back to spend in the shop or against a different workshop. We understand that things change but our workshops must be worth our guest tutors time.

What do I need to bring?
Every workshop is different, so what you need to bring is different. What you need will be listed in the description, and we will be in touch about a week before with a refresher of the course.
