Description
Enter the Queen of the Fairies! With two skirt options, one simple and one made to look like gossamer or petals, and a very clever, beautiful, Elizabethan-inspired petal bodice, this outfit is full of Shakespearean magic. Though it will fit Luna Lapin and all her friends, we designed the body shape of the Moon Hare especially to fit this bodice.
Our Make Me kits include easy-to-read instructions with beautiful photography and clear diagrams demonstrating the sewing steps. We are sure that if you read the instructions carefully, you will be successful in your sewing, but if you have any questions (or just want to show off your work), join Luna Lapin’s Little World, our helpful Facebook community.
The Queen of Fairies Outfit is one of our more intermediate projects because of its design and fabric choices. We recommend that you have prior experience making clothing (person or Luna-sized). This project is designed to be machine-sewn, but a very patient person could do it by hand. All the clothes in the Luna Lapin collection (unless stated otherwise) will fit Luna and all her friends.
