Celia Top Paper Pattern

Description

Celia is a simple tunic top with bust darts for some shaping but remains a relaxed and comfortable fit. The set-in sleeves end in a soft, deep frill and echoes a similar frill at the hem.

Frills, of course, are optional and can be included or left off depending on your mood.
