It seems like ages ago we announced that we would be having a grand opening party on the first weekend of September. and now it’s just under a month away. With everything going on it really has snuck up on us!
What’s going on?
We are having a party, yep you heard that right a proper party! We are going to be having;
- Knit and Natter
- Frocktails
- A Secret Workshop
- Afternoon Tea
- Games and a Raffle
Plus anyone that comes and spends over £50 will be given a special edition Luna shopped designed by a local artist. There will be plenty of opportunities to meet the team and get anything you like signed. Please bring your Luna and add her to our Luna Window Display, we want to try to get the most in one place at a time!
Friday
Crochet, Knit and Natter
1.30pm – drop in
You provide the skills and we provide the stuff! Help us yarn bomb the bench! Knit, or crochet a square and we will add it all together to make a beautiful bright bench just outside the shop (it’s perfect for leaving a husband on). Our fab publisher David and Charles has provided the wonderful “100 tiles to crochet” for inspiration.
Friday Frocktails
4pm – 7pm – rvsp
We would love it if you would join us for a drink and to celebrate not only the opening of our shop but our lovely town.
We are hosting a late-night and VIP shopping event complete with cocktails, mocktails and bunnytails. We encourage you to wear your best outfit, extra points if it’s handmade. There will be a prize for the outfit coverts the most. We will not however be putting her in charge of cocktails. Bunny Mary anyone? A Bramble is far more likely.
Drop in for a snoop and a sip between 4 and 7pm on Friday 2nd September
