When you find a class that you wish to attend, there are some very simple steps to follow to book your place.

To book a place on one of our classes you will firstly need to become a member of coolcrafting.co.uk (it’s quick and free, and we don’t require much information), but we must stress that this is purely to keep track of your Class Booking status, information you will have access to if you require confirmation of all your crafing classes booked on coolcrafting.co.uk.

First step is to register on the website, click on the link in the right column labelled ‘Register’, this will launch a pop up form which requires you supply an email address which you currently use, as it will need you to confirm the receipt of the email to complete the enrolment process. The website supports gravatars, so if you have one it will appear next to the admin links once you have logged in.

Once you have received the email id and confirmed your enrolment, you can then sign in. Find the class to which you wish to attend, click on the link to find the full details of said class. At the bottom of the page will be a small section that covers the location, price, and availability of the places for that particular class. If there are available places click on the paypal logo and compl,ete your payment process to receive a record of your booking, and you should also see the class added to your ‘booking list’, with it’s current status shown.

Online Payments

At this time payments are handled through PayPal, and currenlty require you to have a paypal account.
However this is only for the near future and hopefully the ability to book using credit/debit cards for booking will be possible very shortly.
None of your payment details are stored on coolcrafting.co.uk and we are not privy to them at any point, Paypal merely notify us of successful payments.

Once you have booked a place you will receive a confirmation of it’s acceptance. However we have a limited amount of places available for each class… so please if you’re interested in attending any class book early to avoid disappointment.
