Our Make Me kits include easy-to-read instructions with beautiful photography and clear diagrams to demonstrate the sewing steps. Rowan is designed to be mostly hand-sewn, but you might need a machine to stitch her big faux fur tail. Rowan Redtail is suitable for an intermediate stitcher. Some parts require patience, but we think she is worth it. We recommend you are at least 13/14 years old. Though all of our Luna-sized outfits are interchangeable, you might find the tail causes a problem – it is detachable! We suggest this open-backed apron.Â
Ingredients:Â 2 felt colours for the body, 100% cotton print for footpads, faux fur for the tail, black nose felt, bobbin of tonal thread, winding of two contrast threads, 2 buttons for eyes, 2 buttons for arm joints, large needle, a small needle, eight pins, medium press stud, hook and eye.
You will also need a sewing machine, stuffing, an iron, scissors, and a pencil/knitting needle/chopstick for turning through/stuffing squirrels.
