The Rules
- Pre-orders open at 12 p.m. (BST) on Wednesday, October 16th. More stock will be added at 6 p.m. and 10 p.m.
- A queue system is in place on the website. Please don’t try to skip the queue by phone unless you are one of our phone-only customers. if you are a phone-only customer, please email us in advance at info@coolcrafting.co.uk
- We will not accept phone orders on Friday, 18th October– please don’t call.
- As with all our pre-orders, please don’t order anything else alongside the special edition box.
- You can order a maximum of two boxes in one order.
- Selling or swapping the surprise is forbidden. No refunds will be offered.
- We will post the Christmas Surprise in the first half of December – payment is taken at the time of purchase.
- Though we can not allocate or reserve Christmas surprises, before the 16th, we have three slots to purchase: 12pm, 6pm and 10pm to give those who work shifts or international customers a chance to purchase.
- International customers are permitted to order other things along side there Christmas Surprise Order
- Any changes to address or circumstance must be communicated by Email by the 4th December.
